I brought my Saturn for ""check engine light."" Since it was end of the year, I have my car checked for the signals shown and broght it back to my place. I was really nervous how much it would cost me to fix this but after talking to technicians, I felt relieved because they know what they are talking about. more

These guys did a great job, they replaced a timming belt, water pump, and a whole lot of other little things at the same time. They were honest, and fixed a few other minor things for me without chrging me a bundle. I will definitely be back, and will recommend it to my friends. more

Oscar and his crew are great! I have taken my car to them 3 times in the last 2 years, they have always treated me like I was part of the family. I am always leary taking my car to someone since I am a women some mechanics treat me like I don't know what I am talking about, not Oscar he tells me what needs to be done to my car no more and no less. Great service, understanding employees, honest mechanics. What more could you ask for in a car repair place? These guys have treated me wonderfully over the last few months as I slowly finished off repairs neglected during a bout of unemployment. They lay it out -- what you HAVE to fix, what can wait, but not too long, and what you can put off 'til the money comes in. I went to this place for the first time because I saw their commercial. I thought it was like any place, a car place that was going to screw me over. I have had that happen on more than one occasion. They did a few minor fixes, and when a big fix came I compared the prices and what needed to be done to a mechanic that was out of town, but I had a good relationship with. He backed up all their prices and confirmed everything they had told me ( this guy had worked on my car while I was in college and knows me and my car pretty well). I put my faith in them and now I don't go anywhere else, even for an oil change. My car is always purring and happy when she leaves their shop. They have done great work on my car and never once have I had to go back and have them correct something they have already fixed. They fix it the first time and its done. I have been using the south location for about three years and I wouldn't dare take my car anywhere else!!!!! Pros: Everything is good. Cons: No cons. more

I took my car in for a cam belt replacement and concerns about the front axles and brakes. Oscar and crew changed the belt, then checked out the axles and brakes. The axles were okay. They told me exactly what work was needed on the brake system. They also discovered that the battery was weak and needed to be replaced. Even with the additional work, the car was ready on time. more

If you are a leary about mechanics as I am look no farther. Ben White will treat you like family. They explained what rhey were doing what needed to be done and why. I never got the feeling that they were trying to add on more work than what was needed. They will even let you know if there is a cheaper way to go. I love this place! The manager, Oscar, is great and very helpful and honest. I had always taken my car to a fast oil-change place and it was leaking oil. I took it here, where they use the best oil, and no leaking, no having to top it off before my next change, and it wasn't more expensive! So, thanks, everybody. more
