For starters, the server failed to tell us that the bar was under construction, rendering half of Andina's specialty drinks absent. Very annoying to spend time reading each tempting creation only to find out (after ordering) that it, along with several other drink menu entries, was unavailable. So ... with our water, we were served thinly sliced, plain French bread accompanied by three colorful dipping sauces. Colorful and unoffensive, but definitely not as palatable as described. The virginal bread was the best part of that introduction. Of the five or so small portioned, large priced tapas we ordered, only one was good. We might as well have ordered a shot of lime juice instead of Andina's ""traditional"" cebiche at $10.50. The seared Ahi was inedible - so oversmoked it threatened emphyzema. Don't let the sophisticated menu descriptions mislead you. Andina's menu is worth reading, but not worth ordering from.
