Admittedly, I had avoided Andina expecting it to be long on trend and short of substance. I was pleasantly surprised to find the service helpful and snappy and the food delicious. One of the owners greeted us promptly after we were seated and made recommendations, which we took. Everything was excellent...seviche, stuffed peppers and a mashed potato/ seafood dish that the whole table declared a favorite. Entrees were presented beautifully and tasted even better than they looked. Expensive but worth it. I would happily return, in fact, I just made a lunch reservation.
