Andina's food is good enough, I suppose, but it's nothing to write home about. It's loud, crowded, over-priced and, as other reviewers have pointed out, the service is somewhat lacking. It's sort of a pet peeve of mine when the entrees come out while I'm still eating my appetizer, but it's *really* a pet peeve when the server rolls his eyes as we try to stack dishes and clear a spot for him to put down the plates. I might drop in again for cebiche at the bar if I'm peckish and in the neighborhood, but otherwise I won't be back.
Pros: cebiche, lamb
Cons: , service, price
