We had reservations, and still had to wait 45 minutes for our table! At that time, we did not even get much of an apology, but because it was a special occasion, we didn't want to get up and leave. They sat us right next to the side door, which staff kept going in and out of which was distracting and cold for the person sitting about 1 foot away from the door. The tuna they had that night was a horrible cut (had ligaments that you couldn't cut into at all!). Finally the owner gave us our dessert for free after we requested to talk to her about our night. It still did not leave a good impression on my pallate.
