Accredited Appliance of Arizona

I called the girl at Accredited Appliance and she was very nice. She told me they'd call me in the morning which they did, and then they arrived 15-20 minutes later to repair my refrigerator. The gentleman that came out was very informative, courteous, and nice. He did his job in a timely manner and knew exactly what he was doing, I had no problems. more

I've had to call Accredited Appliance two times now: once when our dishwasher quit working and they had to put in a new soap dispenser and then another time when our refrigerator had problems and we needed a new control board. Both of those service calls went very well. They are almost always available the same day you call and the men they send out know what they're doing. It's just a good company to work with. If I had another problem, I'd call them first. I'd recommend them highly. more

We bought a heating element for our dryer from Accredited Appliance. We were thrilled to get next-day service. That was the best part. The gentleman we worked with was very friendly and very nice as well. more

I needed Accredited Appliance to come out and fix the ice cube maker in my refrigerator. The service was very prompt. We thought it was all fixed, but something happened again after they had left. They came back the very next day to fix it for good. It has been working fine since. more

He showed me exactly what was wrong with my fridge and how I can take better care of it in the future. more

The serviceman from Accredited Appliance showed up, told me that since the washing machine wasn't coming up with the error number, there wasn't anything he could do for me, and then charged me $69.99. He was supposed to be diagnosing why the washing machine was coming up with that error. They knew exactly why I was having them come out in the first place, and if they knew that the error had to come up while he was here, they shouldn't have sent him out. Ask a lot of questions before they come out. I know I won't be doing business with them again. more

The man sent by Accredited Appliance was very wonderful. He repaired my dryer just fine and had a great attitude. I think his name was Richard, but I can't remember for sure. I love that they'll do anything you need for appliances! I'm about to call them back to look at my fridge. more

I was losing temperature in my refrigerator. I needed someone right away, and a neighbor suggested Accredited Appliance. A gentleman called me to ask about the issue. He was very accommodating and professional. When he arrived at my home, he knew exactly what he was up against. He brought all of the necessary equipment to do the repair. He educated me on everything he was doing. I knew he wasn't pulling my leg with anything either because he walked me through it all. It was a very interactive service, which I appreciated. Everything went very smoothly. He wasn't here for that long, too. I was very pleased with the experience. I would definitely use this company again. more

We bought a refrigerator freezer compartment from Accredited Appliance. They were completely knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to do and did it in a thrifty amount of time. We had used them before and had the same good experience with them the other time. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and know what they're doing. more

I called the office on Sat, 9/21/13 at 1 pm and spoke to Sally to get price and terms for a refrigerator service call. Sally told me that the service call was $69.95 but that it would be credited against the bill if the work is done by them. I also asked her about the senior discount that is clearly advertised on their website. Sally said she would make a note of it on the bill (she didn't). I gave Sally the make and model of the refrigerator. We made an appointment for Mon. 9/23/13 at 5 pm. Garry came out and spent 20 minutes cleaning the coils, and checking the water and ice in the door. He charged $115 and when asked about the credit for $69.95, he said they had a set minimum fee. When asked about the senior discount, he said it isn't given on rentals. When Sally was called the next day in order to lodge a complaint and get a credit for the overcharge, she changed her tune and this time said the same thing that Garry had said the night before. Here's the problem, Sally knew the make and model of the refrigerator when she made the appointment, so she should have been honest about it and told me that the minimum charge was $115. She also knew the repair was for a rental property, so she should have been honest about that too, and told me that we wouldn't get a senior discount.. I will probably also complain to BBB and write another review on Google. I know I can dispute the credit-card charge because this company is blatantly dishonest and I can easily prove it since I recorded the call just as they said they would. But why bother? I will never call them again. I figure they lose because we own numerous properties and lots & lots & lots of appliances. Not to mention I will tell everyone (like all of you) about my bad experience. And then there's the bad Karma they are creating for themselves by breaking the Golden Rule. Ouch! more

The gentleman who showed up from Accredited Appliance was very professional and very polite. He got started on the work right away and did a really good job. He got our refrigerator going again. He was a very nice guy. The whole experience was nice: no hassles and no lies about it. He told me what was wrong with the fridge, found the part that was wrong with it, and got it working again. more

I guess everything turned out well. My wife took care of everything with Accredited Appliance and I wasn't really around for the installation. They put in a stove or a fridge. She said they were very nice people. We have not used them before, but I would highly recommend them now. The service was great. They were here when said they would be and the work was performed to our satisfaction. more

I have no problem with Accredited Appliance. They did a very efficient job. The technician was on time and was polite and efficient. He wasn't in my home for more than half an hour and he had the job done. He was repairing a Maytag refrigerator. If they can give those technicians raises, I'm all for it! I had a very pleasant experience. Like I said, the technician was polite and went about business quietly and efficiently and had the job done and my appliances working in less than half an hour. I couldn't ask for more. more

Accredited Appliance did a good job. We have had nothing but problems with that dishwasher ever since we bought it. We've replaced most of the stuff and would have been better off just buying a brand new dishwasher by now. It's a KitchenAid and that thing just doesn't work. After the gal from Accredited Appliance put a new board on it, it also needed a pump. She didn't have one so this other guy came out later and put in a pump. Then the right side where you put your dishes broke, so the guy put a new thing on there. I went to pull it out and couldn't even pull it out, so he had to come back. It's been nothing but a mess with that dishwasher. Accredited Appliance were nice people, though. It wasn't their fault that everything was messed up. The repair people did a good job. more
