I've had to call Accredited Appliance two times now: once when our dishwasher quit working and they had to put in a new soap dispenser and then another time when our refrigerator had problems and we needed a new control board.
Both of those service calls went very well. They are almost always available the same day you call and the men they send out know what they're doing. It's just a good company to work with. If I had another problem, I'd call them first. I'd recommend them highly.
