I was losing temperature in my refrigerator. I needed someone right away, and a neighbor suggested Accredited Appliance. A gentleman called me to ask about the issue. He was very accommodating and professional. When he arrived at my home, he knew exactly what he was up against. He brought all of the necessary equipment to do the repair. He educated me on everything he was doing. I knew he wasn't pulling my leg with anything either because he walked me through it all. It was a very interactive service, which I appreciated. Everything went very smoothly. He wasn't here for that long, too. I was very pleased with the experience. I would definitely use this company again.
