Review content:
I normally am a big fan of Starbucks even though it is a massive chain - I like their dark roasts, particularly the Sumatra. However, I recently tried to study at this particular Starbucks and had a horrible experience. For one thing, in the middle of August in Philly, it was not air-conditioned. For another, although it is located in a very hot area with high demand, the store is small and there are not nearly enough tables for all the people who want to use them. And finally, this may have reflected the particular day and lack of air conditioning, but the store had several visible baby carriages and the pungent aroma of dirty diapers which disgusted me. For such a big company, this particular store is a poor representative of the brand.
