Though you often have to be a little patient (the lines do get long), once your number is called Tekserve delivers quality service. I have been going to them for years for Mac-related sales, service and seminars, and every time I have not only received what I came for, but walked out with something extra (ex. free giveaways, great off-the-record advice, extra service thrown in at no charge, etc.). They are down-to-earth, competitively priced and really know their stuff -- I highly recommend them for any of your Mac needs.
