I have been going to Salon 2000 since I moved here 11 years ago from PA. From the moment I walked in and the owner, Carmen directed me to a salon professional who was a good match for me, I have always had a positive experience. I have felt listened to, respected, and my hair always looks great -- color and cut! I think the salon has wonderful customer service -- they take your coat, offer you a drink, massage your hands after a hairwash and offer great promotions. I have been a client in the spa area as well. It is rejuvenating just to go back there! I have had wonderful massages and am always feeling better when I leave.
It is also a socially conscious business. They offer free services for customers undergoing cancer treatment, created a team for the cancer 3 day walk, and work with worthy organizations who need their support.
I can't imagine a reason I would go any where else when the treatment I get always makes me feel special!
