I was given a 1/2 gift certificate for my bithday. I was told to request a certain massage therapist at this location. When I made my appointment, I requested the massage therapist that was recommended and I had an appointment with said message therapist. When the massage therapist came to get me, it was someone different. I went back to the desk and inquired why my massage was with a different person. No one at the desk could tell me why. Finally a manager (?) said the person I requested was not there. She said the person had been out sick for a few day. I asked why I wasn't notified prior and no one could tell me why I wasn't told prior to my appointment. Because I could not reschedule, I went ahead with the massage. I was so upset that it was a waste of money. I went home and wrote them an e-mail. No answer. I wrote a second e-mail - no answer. I have called several times and was told someone would call me back - no returned phone calls. Clearly this company is not into good customer service nor do their employees have good customer service skills. Save your money and go elsewhere.
