15-501 Diner in Chapel Hill is a solid little diner. My husband and I eat here occasionally. The food is always good, never bad, rarely great. The waitstaff is friendly. They have a few upscale items for a diner, and some of the prices are a little too high in my opinion. The decor is great - very classic diner feel. They are closed on Mondays, so remember that before you head out the door. I think it's better for breakfast than for dinner, but with so many great breakfast places close by, we don't go too often...
