My name is Ray L. and I bought a 2008 RDX from Leonard Stewart a few days ago. People tend to write/call when they have a complaint. Well, I am writing because I want you to know how happy I have been with Leonard Stewart since I first met him last Sunday in the show room -- and he continues to amaze me with excellent services after he closed the sales!
My wife and I set out to buy a new Lexus RX350 or Acura RDX. My wife drives a Lexus GS and both she and I have been very happy with its performance and services provided by Lexus of Bellevue, however, we decided that if the RDX is economic enough, we would take an RDX and save a few bucks -- $5,000 was our threshold. Well, the 2009 RDX was only $4,000 less than the RX350 and did not make the cut; Leonard suggested the 2008 RDX which met our threshold plus a little more. But it was an apple and orange comparison, 2008 RDX Vs, 2009 RX350. We decided to go with the RDX SOLELY because how well we were treated by Leonard through out the entire purchasing process.
Leonard's excellent service did not stop with the close of the sales, he called me several times over the week to make sure that I learned to use all the features the RDX offers and then took me on another test drive Friday afternoon -- on his day off! While at your dealership last Friday, Leonard took time to introduce me to Tom Story of your Service Department to make sure that I have a friend to go to when I bring my car in for service in the future. Now, this is service beyond the call of duty!
Congratulations, Mr. Kelley, for having such a solid employee on your staff. And thank you very much for a wonderful experience. We definitely will remember Acura next time we are in the market for a luxury car.

I took an earlier writer’s advice on Cal Scott. My son was moving to Seattle for his first job, and I was able to negotiate the entire new car purchase with Cal over the telephone from the East Coast. Bellevue Honda offered an extremely fair price for the Accord without the usual negotiation/sales manager games. Cal picked us up at the hotel and the entire purchase transaction was completed in about an hour.
There was a Honda manufacturing defect that was uncovered after about 100 miles on the car, and Cal stepped in to make sure that the correction was made without any problems.
In summary, Cal Scott is a straightforward, ethical guy who makes commitments he can keep and keeps the commitments that he makes. He and Bellevue Honda are highly recommended.

I purchased my car in 2005 from this dealership and after having shopped 4 or 5 other places (including other Honda dealers) I was very satisfied with my experience here. The salesperson was low pressure as was the finance lady I dealt with.
I did have an issue with my sunroof motor not working and unfortunately I did not buy an extended warranty when I bought the car. After an expensive repair which I wasn't too excited about paying I went and spoke with a different finance manager who worked with me and gave me a good deal on a warranty for my car. The downside was I had to pay cash for it which I would have preferred to be able to finance it but oh well.
So all in all a good experience but if you are like me and can't afford to pay for repairs as they come up I definitely recommend the warranty I have since used it twice and was quite happy to not have to pay a penny lol.
I also have had a good experience with the service department and like the 50 cent pops they have in the waiting room and free car washes for oil changes and service. :)
One thing as a side note, I DO NOT like Klein Honda. They are rude and I went in recently and was treated horribly. The sales staff are full of &*$% and acted like I was crazy when I didn't want to pay the outrageous asking price they had for a used car on their lot!

He did a great job and was very helpful. He was also assisted by Mr Gregg Cleave and Shawn Waller who were very helpful as well. Everyone i delt with was great and far above average for ANY car dealership i have ever delt with!!!!!!
That includes the receptionist who was on duty that night as well!!!

I recently took my Subaru here for a recall check and a full synthetic oil change. The prices are standard in the the industry but they did give me $10 off my service :) Mike, T.J., and Maurey are true professionals at the service desk. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a 1:30 appointment but I showed-up almost 45min early and they were able to get me in almost right away! Thanks guys! I usually do my own car service but I will definitely go back to these guys when I need help.

My experience with the Internet department was excellent. They talked to me like a normal person, not a mark with a lot of salesman hype. They were honest and upfront about the vehicle (which was exactly as they described it -- perfect) and gave me a good price for the car. It was business is usually conducted in the world outside car dealerships. I would go again and recommend them to others. They changed the way I think about car salesmen.
