Full discloser: I am a customer, I am also a friend. I know that Autologic will never do anything that isn't necessary, will not charge you more than the market price, will never lie or evade or cheat. I know that the technicians at Autologic are fully qualified and trained. I know they keep current on the latest technologies and attend ongoing education. I know that they are dedicated to service and customer satisfaction.
Autologic has the highest AAA rating - and that does not come easy.
I know that when I go out to dinner, or watch a football game, or go flying with the owner of Autologic, the topic of his customers always comes up - he never stops thinking about you.
I promise you, you could never find a better, more honest, technically superior, customer oriented auto service than you can find at AutoLogic.

I am so impressed with the great job that Kelly's did repairing my 2003 Rav4, that I just had to share it. Someone hit me from behind, so the back door and back side panels had to be replaced. The door works better now than it did when it was new, and the new paint is perfect. I really appreciated getting my car back all clean and shiney inside and out, too. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I am so glad I decided to take my car to Kelly's for repair. jkj

Coming from Southern California where there are abundant of car shops/ auto salons but nothing compared to CNC when it comes to excellent customer service. Owning a high caliber show car, they went out of their way to accomodate my needs to obtain rare parts for my car. Besides wheels and tires, they provide custom work such as interior, bodywork, and suspension upgrades which I've seen in/out of their showroom. Their techs/sales associates are very knowledgable from high end europeans/exotics to import/domestic cars.
Pros: 1. Excellent Location 2. Great customer service!!!

I wanted to write a reveiw and let you know how thankful I am for all of the help I received. It was so refreshing to get a car for such an awesome deal and not get ripped off for once. I have definitely had my share of some major ??????upside down?????? moments and the deal I received at Acura of Bellevue was quite amazing. Everyone there was extremely friendly and I could not have asked for anything more. Jim was very helpful in the initial car finding, car costs, and the game plan for the day I was to come in. I really felt taken care of. Alan was absolutely awesome with showing me the ins and outs of the car like setting up Bluetooth. I really left feeling like I knew how to operate the car. Kim was so sweet and friendly during the signings and financial portion of the day. My husband and I are looking into buying an SUV in the next year and I would definitely love to come back to Acura of Bellevue. Thank you all again so much for your kindness and assistance. I will never choose to buy anywhere else again.

I took an earlier writer’s advice on Cal Scott. My son was moving to Seattle for his first job, and I was able to negotiate the entire new car purchase with Cal over the telephone from the East Coast. Bellevue Honda offered an extremely fair price for the Accord without the usual negotiation/sales manager games. Cal picked us up at the hotel and the entire purchase transaction was completed in about an hour.
There was a Honda manufacturing defect that was uncovered after about 100 miles on the car, and Cal stepped in to make sure that the correction was made without any problems.
In summary, Cal Scott is a straightforward, ethical guy who makes commitments he can keep and keeps the commitments that he makes. He and Bellevue Honda are highly recommended.

I purchased my car in 2005 from this dealership and after having shopped 4 or 5 other places (including other Honda dealers) I was very satisfied with my experience here. The salesperson was low pressure as was the finance lady I dealt with.
I did have an issue with my sunroof motor not working and unfortunately I did not buy an extended warranty when I bought the car. After an expensive repair which I wasn't too excited about paying I went and spoke with a different finance manager who worked with me and gave me a good deal on a warranty for my car. The downside was I had to pay cash for it which I would have preferred to be able to finance it but oh well.
So all in all a good experience but if you are like me and can't afford to pay for repairs as they come up I definitely recommend the warranty I have since used it twice and was quite happy to not have to pay a penny lol.
I also have had a good experience with the service department and like the 50 cent pops they have in the waiting room and free car washes for oil changes and service. :)
One thing as a side note, I DO NOT like Klein Honda. They are rude and I went in recently and was treated horribly. The sales staff are full of &*$% and acted like I was crazy when I didn't want to pay the outrageous asking price they had for a used car on their lot!

This firm has always given me first-rate service at a fair price. In addition they have taken a personal interest in my vehicle and pointed out upcoming maintenance that would need to be done. They have never pushed me into a job that did not need doing. They are always helpful in getting me car in when I need to have the work done. I cannot say enough good things about this fine company.

I've known Khea and Todd for sometime now and feel very strongly about thier quality of work. I bring clients cars here as well as my own. Khea has vast knowlledge on almost all late models of vehicles, he's very good at what he does. Todd is a Classic car and hot rod genius in his own right.(check out his Mustang, Unbelievable!) The guys they have in that shop are all very respectfull and efficient with thier work. This is the only place I will ever take a vehicle. From a New Mercedes all the way down to a 52 Chevy, theese guys can do it all!
Keep up the solid work guys. Remember, there's good shops in Bellevue who have thier own strongpoints. But no one can match the quality and integrity of work that Auto Dynamix can. After one visit, you will most likley go no where else for your auto service needs.
