Review content:
I went to Dr. Hart looking to get a wisdom tooth removed. At my consultation, I was first made to pay before I even met with Dr. Hart. Next, I was made to wait over an hour to spend about 5 minutes with Dr. Hart and be charged $130. Not only this, but they quoted me nearly $700 to take out 1 wisdom tooth! (a nonimpacted extraction that I later had done for only $250). In addition to this, I was never given a photocopy of the quoted amount. Instead, the receptionist wrote it on the back of a business card, which I found strange. To top this all off, today I received a call from the receptionist at the office asking if I was still interested in getting the tooth removed. I replied that I found another dentist and the receptionist hung up on me! Even worse, I found out that it wasn't an impacted wisdom tooth that was bothering me. It was an infected root that required a root canal and a crown - and Dr. Hart let me believe that it was indeed an impacted wisdom tooth, when it was something else!
