I cannot imagine how a dentist could be better than Dr. Vora. I had not been to the dentist for over 12 years until recently. I made an appointment at Dr. Vora's office only because of the proximity of her office to where I work. Only after the appointment was made did I bother to read the glowing reviews that have already been posted about her. Those reviews, however, still did little to assuage my fears of the dentist. I went in for a routine cleaning and found Dr. Vora to be exceedingly kind. She was not condescending or overly critical about my years of dental neglect. Instead she simply encouraged me to begin to get on the right track now. After discovering that I had numerous cavities (a fact I already knew) she set up an appointment with me to come back. Even in this regard, Dr. Vora was extremely accommodating as she made sure to work with my hectic schedule to find an appropriate date. The thought of having five cavities repaired filled me with dread. Of course, just about everyone is afraid of the dentist, but my fear was such that over the course of more than decade I had put this act off even though I was covered by insurance most of that time. I contemplated cancelling my appointment, but didn't--in large measure because Dr. Vora had worked with me to find the right time for my appointment and had seemed so reassuring before. Its also worth mentioning that her staff was equally courteous and accommodating. Today, the day after my appointment, I feel fine and I have been telling everyone that, if they need to go to the dentist, they should go to Dr. Vora. I go back next week to get more cavities repaired (I had nine total). I don’t expect any different results from that visit, however, and I feel much more comfortable with the entire process thanks to Dr. Vora and her staff.
