i ordered a cuckoo clock for my husband for christmas. upon receiving it, we set it up. the very same day it was running 2 hrs fast. cuckood 21 times on the hr. we returned it and they refunded the money minus shipping of 20.00 which i paid for. it cost another 22 to send back. they did not offer to pay for return shipping which i would not have had to do if it worked properly. now they say it works fine. why would i pay so much to return something that worked fine. we purchased another from clockway and are very happy. much nicer and actually has adjustments.
