I've read some of the negative reviews here and find it important to express our appreciation for their services. I even wonder why anyone would put stock in only 6 posted reviews that are of a negative nature, when you know the business has many, many more customers. Sure, the negative feedback here is the majority, but it is usually those (including myself) that have a negative experience that will take the time to post their reviews first.
We have been a customer of Louisville Family Animal Hospital for almost 10 years now and have had very few complaints. We found most of their staff to be caring, compassionate, and always attentive to the needs of our pets. Are they more expensive? Maybe.. However, we have tried cheaper vet services and, in my humble opinion, got what we paid for. Some prices were comparable and other prices were a bit higher. These are obviously options that we all have to consider, so simply ask for an estimate if time is permissible, before making an appoin
