When I was younger we use to take our family dog to P'etcetra and had nothing but great service and a hapy dog every time. Now me and my husband take our dog there and again still wonderful service. Our dog was so happy at pick up and tired cause they played with her non stop. We were out of town for a week and had no worries about our little girl. She was matted from her winter coat and they took time to groom her and make her so pretty. I am not sure why they have had bad reviews but my family friends and us use them and have never had a problem. Great place for your animal to go stay!!!!!
