I had Ken's Appliance come out to work on my dishwasher that was leaving a gross film on all my dishes. I called them and was able to get a service man out the next day who cleaned out the pump and told me about some products I could use to get rid of the film (dishwasher magic and lemi-shine work great by the way!) The service tech showed up during the time frame I was given and was very professional and friendly. I'll definitely call them back if I ever have a problem on another one of my appliances
