Pleasant Ridge Chili is by far one of my favorite restaurants, whether your old, young, inbetween, a trucker stopping through, or anything else this place is great. I've been going there since as far back as I can remember and along the way everyone that I've ever taken there has fallen in love with this place just as much as I am. The food is made right on the spot when you order so it is always perfectly heated right when you get it. The service is fantastic, if you go in there with a good attitude and treat the establishment with respect, then soon the waitresses will be calling you by name and asking, ""The usual today?"", knowing exactly what you want to order. All you need to make sure is to have a little bit of cash on you, the prices are very reasonable and inexpensive so the fact that they don't accept credit cards is a non-issue (also there are 4 major banks within a 1 minute walking distance so it is definitely not a problem to get money out). I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to have some good chili, food, atmosphere, and not break the bank. Plus its open from 9 till about 4 in the morning so you can go there at any point in the day and night and still get a great meal. Pros: Own parking lot, open later than most fast food places, inexpensive Cons: Does not take credit cards, but there are 4 major banks withing a 1min. walk
