Advanced Transmission did a nice job. At the end of the day, the price was higher than I wanted, which is why I rate the experience a 4 rather than a 5, but I suppose that is not really their fault. Once they got inside, they found all that was wrong. And, the person we worked with a was really good guy. He was straightforward.
I did have a problem when I got the car back. It turns out that I had an unrelated alternator problem and Advanced Transmission jumped all over that. They had the vehicle towed back and they took responsibility. Then, they ended up towing the vehicle to my regular mechanic, who does engine work, and the problem was actually unrelated to the work Advanced Transmission had done. They really handled that situation well.
