I've been coming to Advanced Transmission for over 15 years. They always take care of my cars and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do such a good job. more

I've had 2 cars repaired in the past year that are performing perfectly. The first time I went to them for repairs was back in the mid 90's. I would never ever take my car somewhere else! The great thing about Advanced Transmission is that if something goes wrong, they will make it right, they will always work with you to keep you as a good customer. Old fashioned "good business" that us older folks (especially), are certainly used too. Fixing things right is what saves us money in the long run. No one can afford to let morons work on our cars. I had a defective part in the transmission of my BMW. The same part had been recalled in Cadillacs but not BMWs, and mine went out after 70k miles. So, I had Advanced Transmission perform a total overhaul of my transmission and I feel like they gave me a good price. And, I feel comfortable with their work. They were very helpful and personable. They actually helped with an unrelated problem. They showed me a leak that they had found under the car and they took care of that. They seemed very knowledgeable and I think they will stand behind their work. I feel good about them. more

Advanced Transmission did a nice job. At the end of the day, the price was higher than I wanted, which is why I rate the experience a 4 rather than a 5, but I suppose that is not really their fault. Once they got inside, they found all that was wrong. And, the person we worked with a was really good guy. He was straightforward. I did have a problem when I got the car back. It turns out that I had an unrelated alternator problem and Advanced Transmission jumped all over that. They had the vehicle towed back and they took responsibility. Then, they ended up towing the vehicle to my regular mechanic, who does engine work, and the problem was actually unrelated to the work Advanced Transmission had done. They really handled that situation well. more
