I've been using Crossroads Exxon of Cary for 18 years. They handle all of my routine service. I've also bought new tires from them, and they've taken care of my son's vehicle.
They're friends now. We've been going there a long time. I'm always able to get an appointment. I've been stranded on the road a couple of times, I've called Mike Barker, and he's taken care of me.
The service keeps me coming back to them. They resolve issues quickly, they've got the equipment that they need to analyze problems, and if they can't do it, they tell me that.
I travel for a living. I'm outside sales, so it's important to me to have a dependable car, and they help me keep it that way.
