I too read the bad reviews of Purrfect auto. BUT I remembered a kind think they did for me. They fixed my back door (with my part) at no charge and did not know me at the time. But here I am reading all these bad reviews. I had just bought a Land Rover that was a real junker. But I bought it very reasonabily. So I went to Purrfect auto. I talked with the manager Camy. I did ask him about the bad reviews and my concern. What sold me to let them work on my car was the fact that he did not deny any of the comments in the reviews. But he did tell me that this is not going on here anymore. That did it. I let him restore my Land Rover from a junker to a really nice car. I love this car and I am glad they did too. Yes I paid for my work, and I feel I got a very fair price for all they did. Take your car with confidence. I told him I would write a review. It came out great. And my car made a friend.
