I am surprised to see the negative reviews. I have lived at multiple Habersham Properties and have had a great experience at all of them.
Their properties are diamonds in the rough all throughout Atlanta. If you are looking for a unique/charming apartment they will definitley be able to help.
I have lived at Peachtree Memorial, Ardmore Circle and Myrtle Grove. All of these properties have the original hardwood floors and a neighborhood feel. I also have a 115lb dog that has stayed with me at all of those apartments. The pet policy is very accomodating.
I have really enjoyed living in their properties and I wouldn't hesitate to live there again.
