Review content:
I was a member of Ultimate Fitness for eight months or so and then moved. Since I moved almost two months ago they have refused to cancel my membership even though I have provided all the paperwork they have required. In dealing with them since they have hung up on me, refused to cancel the membership (the GM said he cannot cancel memberships and only the owner can and refuses to put me in contact with him), not returned phone calls and have basically ignored every request I put in. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with are rude and unhelpful and I strongly advise against joining.
