I lived here for a 12 month lease and considered going back again but after looking around I chose another place because i had several issues when i lived there. I work for apts and i know all have bad and good issues but some can be avoided. My apt was great but not really a family oriented place no playground or resident activities for the kids. Also office staff is soooo rude and cold. I was a single mother with HIGH rent and was never late not once and my maintenance orders would take forever to get done. And everytime i went into the office i felt like a bother. Also they had alot of burgularies all the time. Very scary. Management did change after i moved so it may be different now i hope.
Pros: nice floorplans and area
Cons: management, maintenance and price increases are the cons
