Don't use Marnie! First, she accused me of not keeping my appointment. She thought I was coming in 1/2 hour earlier, questioned me about my work and kids' schedule and still didn't believe me. Second, we discussed my trim and cost of $30. She barely snipped pieces of my hair, took her less than 5 minutes. My hair looked exactly the same. When I went to pay, she told the clerk the bill was $88!!! My jaw dropped! I was too shy to say anything at the time. Apparently she charged me for the missed appointment that she thought was mine. I will never let something like this happen to me again.
Cons: way overcharged, rude, stylist, work not as discussed
