Hot Yoga Here is the place to practice yoga; it is a place with beautiful karma and a wonderful instructor. Darla is a caring person who knows the needs of each person in class; she offers a positive, supportive and caring journey of the mind and body. Darla cares about your experience and wants you achieve your personal goals while realizing you are less than perfect at times in your postures, she takes the time to help you individually to improve each time you come to class. Hot Yoga Here will welcome you with their friendly enviroment; you will have the BEST hot yoga work-out in town, and accomplish something you did not realize you could achieve. This studio is for all ages and all levels of ability. Darla is attentive to all of us she takes the time to teach the proper form and you will have a great yoga experience. The studio is not a fancy place however it is a studio that is flowing with wonderful people and basic yoga as well as advanced. Darla is determined to achieve the best technique by attending each training and teaching facility she can to make sure you get everything from the classes you can by adapting each posture to accommodate you if you have limitations!She takes her work seriously and strives to make sure you get value and satisfaction from her classes. Hot Yoga Here came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to me and I am very pleased w ith the outcome.
