Review content:
I use to work at Olivia's House and the owner was wonderful. She died and now there is an awful lady who is the director and she is very unfriendly. Yes the place is clean but when you walk in and see this unfriendly face sitting in the office, it makes you feel uncomfortable. She does not take the time to get to know you, understand anything about you or your child that you pay way to much for them to go there. Also I picked my daughter up in the same diaper and when I got home I changed her and it was filled with wood chips and urine. I dropped her off at 9:30am and picked her up at 4:30pm, they did not call me at all to tell me that she has not had one wet diaper in the last 7 hours. To me I would call the parent or at least keep a note. Would not recommend until new director. June 2008
Pros: a few nice teacher and clean
Cons: to expensive and not very into you or your child
