I AM APPAULD AT THE SERVICE I RECIEVD FROM MR C'S CAR WASH ON THURSDAY, AUG 2, 2007. I WAS ACCUSED OF TRYING TO LEAVE THE CARWASH WITHOUT PAYING BY A PERSON NAMED DANNY. HE ASKED ME FOR A RECEIPT WHILE MY CAR WAS BEING DRIED OFF AND THE TIRES DETAILED. USUALLY I DO NOT GET A RECEIPT UNTIL I GO INSIDE AND PAY AND I TOLD HIMM THAT I HAVE NO RECEIPT BECAUSE I HAVE NOT YET PAID. HE THEN BEGAN TO ACCUSE ME OF TRYING TO STEAL A FREE WASH. I TOLD HIM I HAVE NOT YET PAID AND WOULD GIVE HIM A RECEIPT ONCE I GO INSIDE AND PAY. HE DIDN'T WANT TO LET IT GO AT THAT AND BEGAN SAYING THINGS LIKE "" YOU THOUGHT YOU GOT AWAY WITH IT"" i TOLD HIM TO LEAVE ME ALONE OR I WOULD GET INTOUCH WITH HIS SUPERIOR. HE THEN BEGAN TO TRY TO INSTIGATE A FIGHT AND WHEN I IGNORED HIM HE DID IT EVEN MORE. I HAVE BEEN COMING TO YOUR CAR WASH RELIGOUSLY SINCE IT OPENED AND I NEVER MET DANNY IN MY LIFE, BUT ANY OF THE OTHER EXPIDITERS I HAVE DEALT WITH HAVE BEEN VERY POLITE, DANYY ON THE OTHER HAND HAS A CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER. I DO NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH WAITING TILL YOUR CAR IS BEING DRIED OFF BEFORE YOU PAY THE CASHIER, I KNOW NO OTHER WAY TO DO IT. FOR DANNY TO TRY TO INSTIGATE A FIGHT WITH YOUR CLIENTS COULD END UP GETTING YOUR ORGANIZATION SUED IF SOMEBODY DOES NOT NIP THIS IN THE BUD RIGHT NOW. i THINK I AM OWED AN APOLIGY FOR THIS PERSONS BEHAVIOR.
