We had a TERRIBLE dining experience at Harrys recently! My Mom's birthday gathering and we (8 of us) were looking forward to a great meal to celebrate. We arrived at 7:00 for our reservations and had to wait about 20 minutes to even be greeted. We had to ask the manager to send a waiter over. After he finally came over we ordered our appetizers right away and waited for over half an hour for those to arrive. Our server, Paul F. was TERRIBLE! We asked for drink refills and he forgot and didn't apologize or even acknowledge that we were waiting forever. We had to ask for bread....how sad! We waited so long for our entrees that the bus boy cleared our silverware.....when our entrees finally before 9:00, almost two hours after we had arrived.....we had to wait for new silverware. The worst part was watching another party of eight that arrived half an hour after us; being served by a competent waiter....enjoy their appetizers, entrees, and dessert before we even got our entrees. It's understandable if the kitchen was in the weeds and they were crazy busy...but they weren't.....but our waiter never even seemed to realize that we were waiting forever. It would have been nice if he had at least acknowledged that we were waiting so long. Needless to say we didn't stay for dessert. When I told the manager how disappointed we were, all she offeed me was a hug.
We will NOT be back! Don't go there!
