I also rent from Apple Property Mgmt. I've been a tenant for a few years and always pay rent on time. It's like pulling teeth whenever you need something from them. My property manager is HORRIBLE at returning phone calls... When you finally get ahold of him he seems like you're inconviencing him, and he always makes it seem like you're blowing things out of proportion... ""Your toilet's leaking... just don't use it""... ""Your light fixture blew and you smell smoke? Just leave it off and we'll send someone out in a few days"". They ARE a bunch of clowns.
