Review content:
I would not recommend Craftsman Kitchens. I have had problems with my cabinets from day one and they refuse to make it right denying the problem. Other cabinet makers have confirmed that the cabinets were not quality, and should have been refinished. Craftsman would not only try to fix them, they would not even look at them. I would NOT recommend them. For the money, I would have been better off going to Lowes or Home Depot!!
Pros: great showroom
Cons: don't be fooled by the great showroom, the customer service is terrible.
