Review content:
This was my second time at Leif's Hair studio I really did like my first hair cut and decided to go back with the same stylist Maire. I can't complain her haircut was great. My second attempt is a totally different story. So, I booked my appointment ahead I was a tad late not more than 15 minutes and I check in with the hostess which by the way was very judgemental. The hostess tells me she's finishing with a client right now so I would have to wait I understood that and gladly would wait. Then the stylist comes out and says come back at 2:30 my appointment was at 12:30. I arrived at the salon exactly at 12:48 due to traffic on that area. The stylist smartly remarks oh yeah I can't do your hair in 6 minutes I just remembered your hair is thick. The way both of their attitudes were very condesending. There was no need for any of those two remarks. I will gladly take my business somewhere else.
