Review content:
I took my husband to the center and I was amazed at the lack of knowledge of the doctor. When I asked about a medicine for my husbands indigestion problem, the doctor told me to take an over the counter antacid. But then I told the doctor that I had read that antacids could worsen my husbands condition. The doctor then said oh yes that is right. WHAT?? Then the doctor forgot to give us one of our prescriptions before we left. Also I asked about cholesterol medicine and the doctor gave me a couple choices. Then I had to ask what are the side effects. She didn't even tell me the side effects until I asked. Then when I asked for any natural remedies she didn't even know any suggestions. So then I enlightened her such as Milk Thistle and dandalines. She then agreed those had been used for years to treat my husbands condition. Then when asked how to help lower his cholesterol she simply said Don't Eat Fat. WOW! That's it. I could have gotten a better answer from my toddler.
Also I have tried to call about my husbands appointment and I currently have been on hold for an hour and 15 minutes. This is not the 1st time either.
Don't waste your time at Matthew Walker. Also the employees are loud, unattentive, and too busy talking about who gonna do my hair!
