I contracted the closet factory to install a pantry for my office. . . the pantry is already broken! They never came back to fix the details they promised they would. They call only two days before to reschedule a service because people are going to be out sick. (HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT PEOPLE ARE GOING TO BE OUT SICK??!) And they aren't even apologetic about it- they just call up and say I'm moving this . .. not I'm so sorry, there's been a mix up what day would work for you . . .
Cons: The pantry is only a month old and is already broken!
