I been going here for 8 years. It has always been a great place to get a hair cut. Friendly stylists, accomodating service, and repeated years of a loyal customer base makes this place a great value. Having gone here twice a month over the last 8 years, I can attest the stylists do their hardest and give their best to please the customer. Without question, it is the best value in town for the service. Having said that, there have been four occasions I was not pleased with my haircut - all involving new employees. However, balancing those 4 with the countless hundreds of time I have positive experiences, the 4 disappointments are clearly outweighed by the positives. On the further downside, it is frenetically busy on the weekends and myriads of customers can sometimes wait for 40 minutes or more. Nevertheless, the wait is worth it. My tip for the first timers is to select the more experience stylists and avoid the rookie. It will exponentially reduce your negative experience.
