Review content:
I left both of my formal gowns there to get cleaned. They told me they'd be done Friday. I said I couldn't make it Friday and asked what time they closed Saturday. They said 1pm. I said that worked perfect since I got off work at noon. I arrived at 12:50 and they were already closed. Three other people showed up around the same time, also upset that they closed early with no notice. I was in a wedding that evening and needed one of those gowns. I had to rush out and buy a new gown that was the same color, but looked nothing like the others. The owner was extremely rude about the entire situation and said they always closed at noon (their window had a different time & 3 other people showed up who were told the same thing!).
