Review content:
We just attended the Pepper, Offspring, and 311 concert at Festival Pier. It's a nice venue, really nice to be on the water and right by the bridge, and the a/c tent is nice. But like a previous post mentioned....security? I saw two guys when you first give your ticket and get searched, and that's it. No security at all out on the floor or by the vendors. When you're at a concert full of drunk and high college kids, it would be nice to at least SEE a security person. Just one. Lots of fights that crowd members had to break up on their own. I know it's a lot of people, but a visibile security presence would be nice. If something had happened godforbid, I wouldn't even know where to find help. Rather unsettling.
Pros: Great setting
Cons: They have security there?
