This law office actually surprised me. I will be nice on here and say they are prompt in preparing and filing your paperwork. I have only been able to get Mr Nance on the phone (1) time and he tried to cut that very, VERY short before I could finish speaking to him about my problems. I am still in the process of using them because I have contracted to. In the beginning they are real nice and make you fell secure.

I have had many family members to spend time at Saint Thomas Hospital. The hospital has state of the art equiptment and services. I felt very safe having my family there. All of the rooms I have ever seen are private. The staff is supreme. Only negative is they do not have a maternity, labor or delivery. It is located in Nashville.

I had a budget of about $125 to have my taxes checked (I had already done them on TurboTax but wanted verification). I called to see how much it would cost. I told her everything I needed to input. She told me $125 to $ 150 max. I figured yes, that's worth it. Once we got done inputting everything she said that will be $330. She saw the disappointment in my eyes so she gave me $50 off. However, It was still twice the amount of my budget. What threw me off is that she was a very nice lady. However, it's no fun to have someone lift money from your wallet while they smile at you. Stick with TurboTax. The results are the same, but less expensive. Tax advice is not worth $280.
Pros: Nice people
Cons: Deceptive practices, low value, basic tax knowledge (TurboTax is smarter)

The employees were friendly and helpful. I hopened an account with them 10 days ago and so far I am satisfied. I received my check card in the expected timeframes and the interest on their money market accounts are better than those at my previous bank (SunTrust). Overall a decent bank.

I needing a public defender for my case. I was recently charged for this by a woman who is upset because I'm with her child's father. I went to court today 1/17/07 for this charge and the told me a lawyer or a public defender. Since I don't have the money for this I'm hoping someone in your office could help me. I guess this woman feels threaten but I'm not a violent person. I'm due back in court in March. I hope someone can really help resolve this case.

I used this law office once for a change to my divorce degree and it took forever to get anything done. It is a small office with just Martha C Child and her secertary. The only really good thing was that it was cheap. I had priced this with other attorneys and they were going to charge tons more for what was a relatively simple thing. It took months to get anything done, but I did finally get my change.

I've had an account with Suntrust in one form or another since 1995. Early this year, however, I started having trouble with them. It began simply, with strange mishandling of various debits from my account, then it degenerated from there. After having to go into their offices eight times in six months (including transferring my account once to see if it was just the branch I was doing business with), I cancelled my checking account. The only thing is, they didn't cancel it. They closed it, then when my dvd club charged a purchase to the wrong account, they *reopened the account without my permission*, paid the bill, and charged me fees. This resulted in a week-long insanity, which Amazon compounded by also charging the wrong account. The branch manager got involved, and he was nothing but polite and accomodating, but it still took days to get it all sorted out. I applaud their manager for the special effort he put into making me happy and getting my problems resolved, particularly when I was leaving his bank, but if they had handled everything that well from the beginning, they would still have my business.
