I recently moved to Nashville, and was very hesitant about grooming since my poodles had been going to their groomer in Atlanta for years. When I first moved here I tried out other groomers and could not find a good one. Somehow I stumbled across Donelson Dog Grooming and figured I would try one more. Boy was I satisfied. They did a terrific job each time! I have found them another good groomer!

Nashville Pet Products has a few (I think four?) locations in Nashville and each store is small, but it has a little big of everything you could need. The selection for each item is not what you would find at a larger chain store, but the friendly and helpful staff make up for the difference. The store also sells used items (such as dog crates, etc.) at a much cheaper price than buying them new. The prices, overall, are a bit more than your average pet store as well.

Richland has been our vet of choice for over 15 years. Dr. Terry Brockman is THE best veterinarian in Nashville. She is great with all kinds of animals, including birds and reptiles, but dogs are what we have brought to her. From puppies shots to terminal illnesses, she has treated us and our pets with respect and care. She also staffs the Nashville 24 hour Emergency Pet Hospital, treating extreme injuries and illness with great care. There is no comparison to boarding facilities or clinics, Richland is full-on care at its best. Dr. Brockman is also Nashville's only certified veterinary acupuncturist.

I've been taking my dog to this vet for the last seven months and have had great one-on-one service. All of the staff recognizes when I bring in my dog and are always concerned on his well-being. I've seen two vets at this hospital and each of them is attentive to my questions and spends plenty of time in the examination room. I've never waited over 5 minute past my appointment time in the waiting room or exam room. I bring my dog here to the kennel downstairs, but they always mess up my bill. I've been overcharged, charged double, and they have "misplaced" my credit card payment. The kennel is a separate entity from the vet though. Overall, I recommend the vet services but not the kennel unless an emergency. The staff seems genuinely interested in my pets health and well-being, and is always very pleasant.

Pamerped Pets has been bathing my dog for years. She is a german-shepherd mix, about 50lbs. They bathe her and clip her nails for a very reasonable price. I have also used their grooming services on a small poodle mix I rescued. They took a very matted little dog and made him look great!

This vet clinic does grooming and is a nice place to board your pets. The vet is a very nice lady who loves dogs ( and pets in general). She is good, reliable vet and can do all types of veterinary services. Every March, she has spay and neuter services half-off. I really like her...she is kind and caring with the animals.
