Our Honda experienced a problem with the torque converter. We purchased the Honda 6 months ago, brand new, from Crest Honda. When we took the Honda into the service department for transmission leaking, the part was not on hand. We were scheduled to leave on vacation the next day. Trent, our service technician quickly understood our issue and partnered with us to develop a win-win situation. To me, this day in time, all dealerships are equal, what separates the best from the worst is their desire to partner with the customer to solve issues. Crest Honda, took this approach and is quickly winning a loyal customer. Crest and Trent, Thank you very much for making this experience as seamless as possible.

BEST THINGS THAT EVER HAPPEN TO ME WAS WHEN I WALKED INTO SUZUKI ON BELL ROAD
i WAS HAVING A PROBLEM GETTING A CAR, EVERY CAR DEALERSHIP THAT I WENT TO TURNED ME DOWN, THEN ONEDAY I RECEIVED A CALLED FROM SUZUKI, I WENT AND LEFT WITH A CAR, I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AND ITS BEEN 2 YEAR SINCE I GOT MY CAR.
i GOT A 2004 HYUNDAI ELANTRA IN SEPTEMBER 2006, I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT DAY, EVERYONE WAS SO NICE AND I WAS IN AND OUT WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS, IT WAS NOT A LONG DRAWN OUT PROCESS THEY WERE STRAIGHT AND TO THE POINT.
I DO APPRECIATE EVERYTHING THEY DID FOR ME.

Polly's is a family run business and they have been in business a long time. The men who own it now learned from their Father. They are loyal to their customers, honest and NEVER fail to help when you need them. They have always repaired our cars in a professional manner. They are especially courteous and kind. They NEVER fail to do the right thing by their customers and anyone who has written these reviews must expect something that is not humanly possible as I have never known the "Polly bosy" to be anything other than polite and kind to everyone who comes in their business. They appreciate their business and do all that they can to help one when in trouble with a car. They keep old cars running because they know some people cannot afford new ones. I have been going to Jeff for a long time to get my car worked on, and just let all the "bests" in every field, they are usually the very busy ones. Jeff is very busy all the time; he's been like that since he opened the place up about 20 years ago. Like I said, if you have to wait and the place is really busy, they obviously are doing something right. People go to mechanics who are honest and reliable and Latondress Auto World is all of those things. He works really hard to provide fair prices for his customers and believe me, he has no need to rip you off. He has plenty of customers and is not lacking in that area of his business. He is the very best mechanic I have ever met! I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my car worked on!!

You won't find more honest or credible auto repair places than Wood's Garage! I've been dealing with them for 18 years now - ever since they were a working out of one tiny building. They've expanded now which just means it's harder to get in and out, but they are so honest. If something doesn't need to be done, they will tell you. They are honest as the day is long! That's why they are so reputable. Their location is great - off West End Avenue. They do not work on diesel cars though. I highly recommend these people.

I had a completely opposite experience than the other reviewers. I was in the market for a new car, and had done some research online. Downtown Nashville Nissan responded quickly to my quote request, and the salesman that contacted me was extremely personably and not pushy in the slightest. When i told him that we were going to have to put the search on hold, he was understanding, promising to check in within the next couple of months.
After my car broke down, we were ready to trade it in. We were not swarmed as we drove up, but did have trouble finding somewhere to park. One of the service reps directed us, and we went in. My original sales rep was with a customer, so he set us up with another rep. The entire experience was smooth and stree-free. We test drove a couple of cars, talked about pricing and financing, and not once did I feel that I was being taken advantage of or pushed to do anything.
This is my second car purchase, and was by far the best. I would recommend Downtown Nashville Nissan to anyone.
Pros: Large Selection, Friendly People, Quick and Easy
Cons: Not a lot of parking
