They deserve 0 stars, but that's not an option. This is the singular worse company that I have ever dealt with. American Home Shield runs a close second. My hot water heater went out in July. It took ARS 5 days to replace it, which is about as long as it worked. Withing 1 week I was trying to call them to fix the brand new water heater. Another several days past and I only got a response because I called their corporate office in Memphis. Their repair lasted 3 months and now it's broken again. Despite the fact that we called them at 7:30 this morning to come out, and despite their repeated promises that first they'd be here in the morning, then the afternoon, then the evening, at 9:16 pm they are no where to be seen.
I've dealt with bad companies, but none so brash about their total disregard for their work, its absolute lack of quality and any pretense to stand behind it. Avoid this company at all cost, you've been warned.
Believe me the only positive reviews on this board are by employees trying to improve their deplorable reputation
