I work in a small family run garage not far from this location. On numerous occasions I have been in this store and received the worst treatment. The staff is not knowledgeable and often makes mistakes with parts that you order. The final straw came when I purchased parts at another advance and tried to exchange them at this store. I presented the parts in the unopened original box accompanied by the original receipt from the other store. I was told that they would not return them because it was purchased from a store in another district. This is apparently the only advance with this ""policy"" because I have never had another problem with returns at any other Advance store. If I could give ZERO STARS I would! BEWARE OF THIS STORE!
Pros: None! Go to another auto parts store
Cons: Poor customer service, Shady business practices
