Review content:
I'll begin by saying that I have not EVER written a review online, let alone a bad one. I have been a hairdresser myself for 5 years so for me to go out of my way to complain about others in the same critical field as myself speaks for itself. I have not ever been to Meera salon prior to this day and will not EVER return nor recommend ANYONE to ever go there either. This past weekend was my very good friends wedding. She had arranged our appointments along with a what she was told a PRIVATE room for this day well over a year ago! We had arranged to have mimosa's and other fun bridal goodies in this room while waiting for all of the girls to finish with their appointments. Upon arriving at the salon we were bluntly told that our room was giving to someone else and that they could accommodate us elsewhere. Trying not to react or get upset too quickly, we were shown to our new area that had been paid for and reserved over a year ago. This spot was now located in the middle of the salon in nothing close to a PRIVATE area. We had a small fold out table for our goodies and a couples of styling chairs thrown around it, which there wasn't even enough to seat us all around. With the tears in the eyes of the bride we, of course, complained. We got NO reaction at all! They just looked at us and said well there is a Christmas party in there and that was it! No sorry no nothing just blank stares basically telling us that this was it and to deal with it! The so called manager showed us to this area and immediately left to do a pedicure and NEVER returned. No, how is everything, can we do anything, IM SORRY, no nothing. Even when we left she was no where to be found. We later found out that this room wasn't even double booked. The people who ended up in it asked for it and the "manager" just gave it to them! Luckily everyone?s hair turned out nice and the rest of the day was wonderful, however we will NOT forget how we were treated and brushed aside as if we were unimportant
