Had an appointment at 10:00 am and i arrived 10 minutes early because i do value peoples time. I waited 40 minutes and my stylist never showed up i guess she forgot. The entire time no one offered me a drink or anything . A massage terapist arrivied to show me the facility's about 20 minutes after i arrived i guess to basically waste time so that Shawndi would show up. At 10:40am i proceeded to answer a call on my cell phone and was stepping outside to talk when shawndi ( i hope i spelled it right) and she said oh sorry ill be with you right away when im set up i took that opprtunity to talk to my friend and hopped in my car and sped off. I spent $2.00 in the meter parking (i should get compensated)...........lolols. I drove to JOSE LUIS SALON and explain my nightmare (it was actually (daymare) and they took me right away THNAKS ABBY you are great. Will never return to that hole for any services. They didnt care if i left anyways, that was they attitude.
