We were afraid that changing management companies would be hard on our homeowners and hard on the Board. AMMCOR made it easy. They handled all of the heavy-lifting and our homeowners are thrilled.
Phone calls get returned promptly - work orders are dealt with efficiently and our association seems more organized than its ever been.
For the first time in a long time, we're happy with our management company.
